Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully before you start to use the Website. By using the Website, or by clicking to accept or agree to the Terms of Use when this option is made available to you, you accept and agree to be bound and abide by these Terms and Conditions, and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not want to agree to these Terms and Conditions, and our Privacy Policy, you must not access or use the Website.

Also read and understand these terms and conditions carefully before booking any courses on Our E-Learning Platform.  You should understand that by booking any course with the DocXpo and using our website (“Website”) to require for any or our Services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. You should print a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference. 

Whilst we will make every effort to keep changes to a minimum, we may make amendments to the terms and conditions at any time to reflect changes in market conditions affecting our business, changes to technology, changes in payment methods, changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements and changes in our systems capabilities.

By continuing to use the Website subsequent to any changes, you agree to accept any changes made to the terms and conditions.


The website ( and our E-Learning platform is owned by DocXpo DIGITAL COMPANY. The content provided on the website Services and together with all materials provided for e-learning including graphics, code, text products, software, audio, music and design are owned by either DocXpo or licensed to DocXpo by Our Affiliate Third party (which include but not limited; all course Instructors and Service Providers). No content in whole or in part of Our website, or any DocXpo Materials may be copied, reproduced, uploaded, posted, displayed, linked to or used in any way without the prior written permission of DocXpo. Any such use is strictly prohibited and will constitute an infringement of the copyright and other intellectual property rights of DocXpo, or in the case of material licensed to DocXpo, the owner of such materials. You agree not to access the DocXpo DIGITAL COMPANY website materials by any means other than through the website. You also agree not to delete, change or modify in any way the copyright notices on the website. 


If our Website contains links to other sites and resources provided by third parties, these links are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over the contents of those sites or resources and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them. If you decide to access any of the third party websites linked to the Website, you do so entirely at your own volition and subject to the terms and conditions of use for such websites.


We are opened 24/7 for service orders and booking from clients all over the World, that desires any of the services we offer (Including but not limited to – Web design, social media marketing, Branding, writing services, office virtual assistant and all digital products).

When a booking is made with DocXpo or a service is required through our customer service channels; we will stipulate and provide the terms of our service delivery and payments, subject to the requirement of the User or Client. Once the Agreement Document is signed by the client either through one-on-one contact or through our website and payment is made by the client for the commencement of the booking; such agreements are final and any cancellation by any party will be subject to the agreement of the other party.

All payments for any service offered are non-refundable. If any consideration is to be taken regarding the refund of any payment made to DocXpo DIGITAL COMPANY, it will be at our sole discretion and we will not be under any obligation to refund any payment for any of our services delivered to clients.

 DocXpo will not be under any obligation to go beyond the terms of service delivery reached with any client, or amend/re-work any job outside the context of booking terms and requirements.


Payment must be made within 5 days from the date of the invoice or the day an agreement is reached for any service requested from DocXpo. We will only be liable for the full service delivery after which full payment has been made by you (the Client or website User).

All Payments will only be subject to the service agreement reached prior to the commencement of any projects and will not cover any additional service required during the course of execution of client bookings or service order. We reserve all rights to fulfill any extra-service required of us by any client or user with or without payment.


Although we make every effort to ensure the prices listed are correct, mistakes may sometimes be made. If a mistake is discovered in the price of the e-learning programme that you have booked prior to confirmation of your booking, we will tell you and give you the option of either reconfirming your booking at the correct price or cancelling your booking. In this instance, if we are unable to contact you or we receive no reply from you, your booking will be cancelled. DocXpo reserves the right to change prices listed without notice. DocXpo also reserves the right to refuse to supply to any individual or company.  


DocXpo DIGITAL COMPANY reserves the right to amend or cancel any course, course times, dates or published prices. Changes to course prices, times and dates will be advised before the course start date and any course already paid in full will not be subject to the increased price. DocXpo does not accept any liability for reimbursement of any costs incurred whatsoever in relation to its training courses. Where a course has been cancelled, registered clients will be offered an alternative date for the same course, a credit towards another course or a refund.  


Bookings for the E-Learning courses can be made via our Website at the following link:; you can also contact us by email; For bookings on the website, please select the e-learning Course/programme that you require and follow the purchase instructions step by step.  If payment has been received in full, or a formal purchase order has been received by email or by post, the individuals’ place on the course will then be confirmed and a binding contract will have been entered into between DocXpo and the booking party.  


 If you are making a booking on our website, you can pay by the payment gateway on our website. Our online Payment transactions are handled in a secure environment.


For users of our platform in other countries, the Fees of our online courses stipulated on the website are exclusive of VAT, which will be shown separately on the invoice. Though, VAT or other administrative charge may be applicable in certain situations in the future for all users of the platform.


You can notify us of your wish to cancel your course booking by sending us an email to All request for cancellation of booking(s) must be done at least 5 working days prior to the start of the E-Learning lecture/training. Student must include in the cancellation request; the booking details, course chosen, reason for cancellation, membership account details and the attachment of the proof of payment. Please not that; any request received within 5 working days of the commencement of the Programme will not be addressed and no refund will be given.


If you wish to exercise your right to cancel your booking with DocXpo DIGITAL COMPANY, DocXpo will refund the fees paid according to the above cancellation policy. If payment for the order was originally made by credit card, any refund will be made back to the same card. If payment for the order was made by another method, such as direct transfers, a refund will be made by direct bank transfer to a bank account that you elect or by crediting the DocXpo account of the paying Organisation/individual. 


In the event of a cancellation of a booking with the DocXpo DIGITAL COMPANY. All electronic items/materials transferred to Students for the e-learning course will be deemed used and will be subject to appropriate deduction of fees in Refund Payment by DocXpo (if student qualify for a refund of booking).


Applicable laws require that some of the information or communications we send to you should be in writing. When using our Website, you accept that communication with us will be mainly electronic. We will contact you by e-mail or provide you with information by posting notices on our website. For contractual purposes, you agree to this electronic means of communication and you acknowledge that all contracts, notices, Booking Information and other communications that we provide to you electronically comply with any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. This condition does not affect your statutory rights. 


All notices given by you to us must be addressed to DocXpo DIGITAL COMPANY via our email, or Office Address. We may also give notice to you at either the e-mail or postal address you provide to us when placing an order. Notice will be deemed received and properly served immediately when posted on our website, 24 hours after an email is sent, or three days after the date of posting of any letter. In proving the service of any notice, it will be sufficient to prove, in the case of a letter, that such letter was properly addressed, stamped and placed in the post and, in the case of an e-mail, that such e-mail was sent to the specified e-mail address of the addressee.

When Booking for a Course, purchasing the e-materials and other supporting products and services online; users will be asked to supply their name and password, and other relevant details which constitutes their registration. Where students fill in a booking form they will be registered on DocXpo website and advised of their login details by automated email.


You may not use/access our website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose (including, uploading illegal audio, videos, documents and intellectual content) nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your access to our platform.


You are hereby granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, and non-commercial license for the use of the DocXpo DIGITAL COMPANY website and e-learning materials. No material in whole or in part from the Website may be modified, copied, reproduced, re-published, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed in any way. 

You agree not to use the Website:

  • In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local or international law or regulation (including, without limitation, any laws regarding the export of data or software to and from the Nigeria or other countries) Including, but not limited to GDPR compliance.
  • To exploit, harming or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way by exposing them to inappropriate content, asking for personally identifiable information or otherwise.
  • To send, knowingly receive, upload, download, use or re-use any material which does not comply with the Content Standards set out in these Terms and Conditions.
  • To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any “junk mail”, “chain letter” or “spam” or any other similar
  • To impersonate or attempt to impersonate DocXpo, our employee, another Student or any other person or entity (including, without limitation, by using e-mail addresses or screen names associated with any of the preceding).
  • To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the E-learning Platform, or which, as determined by us, may harm DocXpo or Students of the website or expose them to liability.
  • To use the Website in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the site or interfere with any other party’s use.
  • To use any robot, spider or another automatic device, process or means to access the Website for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any of the material on the Website.
  • To use any manual process to monitor or copy any of the material on the Website or for any other unauthorised purpose without our prior written consent.
  • To use any device, software or routine that interferes with the proper working of the Website.
  • To introduce any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful.
  • To attack the website via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack.


Illegal, fraudulent or illegitimate behaviour undermines the trust on which the DocXpo platform is based, and DocXpo DIGITAL COMPANY will seek to enforce its rights to the full extent of the law or in equity. In addition to any other rights and remedies available to DocXpo DIGITAL COMPANY by law or equity, the Company may suspend or deactivate any account(s) associated with this type of illegal or illegitimate activity, including without limitation fraud, abusing promotions, for purposes of circumventing or attempting to circumvent Company’s messaging tools or platform;


Once registered on DocXpo DIGITAL COMPANY Website, you will have a user name and password. You should keep this information confidential and should not pass it on to any third party. Once you are logged in with this user name and password you are entirely responsible for all activity that occurs under that account and you agree to be responsible for any expense, loss or damage incurred as a result of any misuse of your account. You agree to fully compensate DocXpo in relation to any such expense, loss or damage. You also agree to inform DocXpo in writing of any unauthorised use of your account or other breach of security which is known to you. 


Your rights as a consumer are protected under consumer rights legislation which guarantees that any items, or services ordered from the Website will be fit for the purpose for which they were bought and will be of satisfactory quality. Whilst every effort is made to ensure that the access to the DocXpo Materials and the DocXpo website do not contain any error, defect, malfunction or corruption, DocXpo does not accept responsibility for any damage to or loss of data on your computer system, network or server that results from the download or use of the DocXpo Materials or any other software or material or use of the DocXpo DIGITAL COMPANY website. Nor does DocXpo accept responsibility for loss of data including both data transmitted and other data held by you, or delay, or failure, in transmitting or receiving data, or indirect, or consequential losses arising from use of DocXpo Materials, the website, including loss of revenue, business, anticipated savings on profits.

DocXpo does not make any representation or warranty that your access to the DocXpo website, electronic Materials and E-Learning platform will meet your expectations or requirements, or that any particular results will be obtained from their use.  


You agree to indemnify, protect and hold harmless to DocXpo DIGITAL COMPANY, our subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Use or the documents they incorporate by reference or your infringement of any law or the rights of a third-party.


Your right to use the website ( and/or the DocXpo Materials, will be suspended or terminated immediately without notice by DocXpo if, you fail to comply with any term or provision of these terms and conditions, or any end user license in force, or if a competent regulatory authority requires DocXpo or any of its suppliers to do so. Upon termination you must destroy all materials and associated documentation obtained from DocXpo website and all copies of such materials, and you agree that DocXpo may immediately deactivate your account and delete all records, files and associated information.  


DocXpo endeavours to ensure that its website and the DocXpo Materials are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. There will be occasions when the website will be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades and emergency repairs and you agree that DocXpo shall not be liable to you, or any third party, for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the DocXpo website and/or the DocXpo Materials. Every step will be taken by DocXpo to minimise disruption. However, DocXpo cannot be held responsible for any disruptions that are inherent in the operation of the Internet and World Wide Web including viruses.

The terms and all representations, obligations, undertakings and warranties contained in them, shall endure for the benefit of any successors and assignees of DocXpo.


These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Federal Republic of Nigeria and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
